Timeframe for Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returning Items
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
Steps to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at support@eberon.store with your order details.
Our support team will provide instructions for the return process.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Sending Back the Item
Returned products must be shipped through a reliable courier service.
Customers should provide a tracking number once the item is sent.
Restocking Policy
No restocking fees are charged on returned items.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Product Exchange
