Return & Refund Policy

At Eberon, we aim to offer a fair and transparent return and refund process. This policy explains the conditions, timelines, and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds so customers can shop with clarity and confidence.
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. The return request must be submitted within this timeframe to be considered eligible. Returns requested after the return window may not be accepted. The return window applies only to delivered orders.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which they were received. Products should be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and inserts. Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required. Items that show signs of use or alteration may not qualify for a return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, customers must contact support@eberon.store within the applicable return window. Please include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if applicable. Our support team will review the request and provide further instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect. Eberon does not automatically provide prepaid return labels. Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping method when returning items. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Return Method
Returned items must be shipped back following the instructions provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during return transit. Eberon is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Returned packages must be sent to the approved return address only.
Restocking Fee
Eberon does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns that meet our return conditions. However, items returned in a condition that does not comply with this policy may be refused or partially refunded. Shipping and handling charges are not considered part of the restocking process. Each return is evaluated individually.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Clear photos of the item and packaging may be required for verification. Once confirmed, we will provide appropriate resolution options based on the situation. Claims submitted after the stated timeframe may not be accepted.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, customization, or product type. Customized or personalized jewelry items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive defective. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund. Any exceptions will be clearly communicated on the product page.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval. If an exchange is approved, customers may be required to return the original item before the replacement is processed. Exchange shipping timelines may vary depending on stock and destination. Eberon reserves the right to offer a refund instead of an exchange when necessary.
Change of Mind
Returns requested due to a change of mind are accepted only if the item meets all return eligibility conditions. The item must be unused, unworn, and returned within the return window. Original shipping fees are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank. Customers will be notified once the refund is initiated.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after the stated processing time, please check with your bank or payment provider first. Some refunds may take additional time to reflect depending on financial institutions. If the issue persists, contact support@eberon.store for further assistance. We will review the refund status and provide updates where possible.
